In the fall of 2005, after over a year of hard work by Mom & Dad Croft, Aunt Patty & Uncle Randy, Eric & Angie, and many others, we had an estate sale at the Croft Family Spring Hill Farm in Illinois. With the farm having been in the family for nearly a hundred years, you can imagine the immense feat this represented!
It was a beautiful September day, and hundreds of people came from all over the state to be at the auction. The farm looked beautiful, and with such a great turnout, we couldn't help but think how pleased Grandma & Grandpa Croft would have been.
Mom & Dad Croft now own the farm, and it brings Dad great joy to be able to maintain the farm's heritage and family history. He is up in Northern Illinois nearly every weekend working on one project or the other! Uncle Randy & Aunt Patty Engle live in the farmhouse, and it's wonderful that the farm has stayed in the family through the generations.
